How do I set my default printer in QuickBooks?

Solution You need to go to File>Printer setup to specify which printer you want QuickBooks to use. You need to do this for every type of form you will print. QuickBooks treats these settings independantly of how you set it in Windows. So if you change default printers in the future, you'll need to go back through the printer setup again.
