Blackberry - Perform a wireless activation:

Solution The usual procedure is to have the user to a Security Wipe on the Handheld.

Go to Settings, Options, Security, General settings. Then click the trackwheel/menu key and choose Wipe Handheld. You will need to type the word, "blackberry" to confirm the wipe.

After it's done, be sure to have them turn wireless back on.

Then go to the Enterprise Activation icon and key in their email address and then type the activation password assigned by the BES Administrator. Finally, click the wheel and choose Activate.
